Description: The Portland Green development was spread over a 7-year period and comprises
six blocks of student accommodation to the upper floors with retail units to the ground floor. The
sizes of the accommodation blocks range in height from six storeys to eight storeys high and consist of
a total of 1,866 bedrooms in self-contained flats, with each bedroom having its own ensuite shower
pod.
Our Works: The supply and installation of the internal doorsets, architraves and ironmongery.
Timbers skirtings and cill boards were fitted throughout the building together with other second fix
joinery items
